What They Needed

Send A Cake wanted a new channel to take their marketing to the next level that they hadn’t tried before. They wanted to increase their sales and increase their customer repeat purchase rate. They had tried email marketing in the past, sending one-off campaigns every now and then, and had not found success in email marketing.
